Refund and withdrawal policy

Vauren sells digital content: downloadable wallpaper files that are delivered immediately after payment.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU and Spanish consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express consent.

By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download becomes available. This acknowledgement is confirmed in your order confirmation email.

When we will refund or replace your order

Your statutory rights are not affected. We will replace the files or refund you in full if:

• a file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open;
• the pack does not match its description on the product page;
• you cannot download your files and we are unable to fix it;
• you were charged twice for the same pack by mistake.

Write to contact@vaurenart.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
